All orders are individually hand packaged to ensure both impressive presentation and the safe transportation of your products. Where possible we use recycled or biodegradable packaging to be kind to the environment. When available, we will also enclose additional product information and samples to try.
Onefloor.com.au is a registered Australian business. A tax invoice will be included with your order for your records. Where the order is a gift, your tax invoice will be separately mailed to your billing address.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on a business day before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been shipped.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped. If your products are shipped using International Registered or Express Post, the shipping confirmation email will also contain a consignment number you can use to track your order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the delivery method. Please allow 1 - 5 working days for Express delivery, and 3 - 10 working days for Regular Delivery within Australia. International customers should allow up to 15 working days for delivery. Times may vary depending on location.
Do you offer order pick up?
Yes. We offer free order pick up at our Sunshine Coast Showroom. Simply choose that shipping option at the time of purchase and you'll receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. You can find contact and location details of our showroom on our contact us page.
How can I track my order status?
You can track your order status by clicking on the order status link at the top of our website. Express Post orders can track the Australia Post delivery status via their website: http://auspost.com.au/track/. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email and can also be found on your order status page.
(Please note: Orders processed via a Guest account do not have access to our order status pages)
